David began his real estate career in 2005 as he was looking for a profession that would allow him to be actively involved and present in his family life.
 
With multimillion dollars in sales volume to date and numerous awards, David is passionate about the real estate market and enthusiastic about each opportunity. Having had the opportunity to work for some of the country’s top-producing teams as well as an individual agent, David is an adept negotiator who cares deeply about finding each and every one of his clients the best home possible while making the experience fun and enjoyable. David has the incredible ability to connect with people, quickly making them feel like longtime friends.

David is happily married to his wife Carolyn and together they have two daughters Harper and Harlow. When he’s not representing clients in real estate David can be found cycling, golfing, hiking, and exploring the numerous outdoor wonders Vancouver Island has to offer.
